The Challenge

A multi-specialty clinical organization was using fragmented, isolated databases and paper patient forms. Admin staffs spent hours manually coordinating doctor calendars, billing discrepancies occurred frequently due to input lag, and physician nodes were unable to share EHR charts in real-time. They needed a unified, HIPAA-compliant Hospital Management System (HMS) SaaS portal to optimize clinical operations.

Our Engineered Solution

We engineered an enterprise-grade HMS SaaS application. We built the interactive practitioner dashboard using React, enabling seamless calendar scheduling and consultation tracking. The backend runs on Django REST Framework linked to a secure, encrypted PostgreSQL cluster. We built a HIPAA-compliant Electronic Health Record (EHR) module with end-to-end data encryption and an automated invoice billing engine.

The Results
