The Challenge

A national healthcare provider with 48 scattered regional clinics was struggling with patient data fragmentation. Legacy desktop applications were unable to synchronize records in real-time, resulting in diagnostic delays and admin overhead. Their patient intake system failed to meet modern end-to-end security requirements. They required a unified, secure web CRM capable of centralizing millions of records with role-based accessibility and zero sync latency.

Our Engineered Solution

We designed and engineered a cloud-native Enterprise CRM dashboard. We built the frontend application in React with modular dashboards tailored for clinicians and administrators. The backend leverages Python API microservices with a PostgreSQL database cluster. We implemented encrypted field-level columns to protect sensitive client data, integrated OAuth2 authentication with multi-factor support, and set up a Redis-backed real-time notification engine for clinician synchronization.

The Results
