The Challenge
A national healthcare provider with scattered legacy systems was struggling to maintain data integrity across its various clinics. They required a unified, ultra-secure CRM capable of handling HIPAA-compliant data while providing real-time analytics to the board room.
Our Solution
We designed and deployed a bespoke CRM dashboard built entirely on scalable microservices. Utilizing React for the frontend and Python (FastAPI) hooked to PostgreSQL on the backend, we created a lightning-fast data portal.
- Security First: Implemented rigid Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC) and End-to-End Encryption.
- Migration: Safely ported over 2.5 million patient records cleanly to the new schema without downtime.
The Results
